Details:
We are getting close to the ringed planet's opposition, and the Seeliger effect is already starting to be detected. The following animation is made out of two images, one from August 20, the other from September 19, so almost one month of changes. I did process the two in the same manner, and I did try to bring the disc in both at the same brightness. This had the effect of better showing the brightness differences of the rings as we get closer to the opposition in early October. Note also the change in the angle of the rings, and the size increase. Some spokes are seen on the right part of the rings, and some changes in the color of the bands are also to be noted.
I've also posted the two individual images separately.
