Details:
The RUDY BASE SID monitor runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. I mention this because that is also how my own mind is tuned: whenever I see data recorded by the GOES satellites, it prompts me to check the readings from my own SID monitor. Here is the record from October 19th, showing two changes in the quality of the ionosphere's D-layer.
