October 23rd I headed to Nebraska State Parks along the Niobrara River, chasing peace, quiet trails, and peak fall colors.
Then, halfway through one of my walks, I noticed something tucked behind a tree. As I got closer, I found a small blue stone with a butterfly painted on it and the word HOPE written across it.
I went looking for calm and nature, but I walked away with something more. I actually found hope on this trip.
If you're going through a rough patch, maybe this little stone was left for you to find too .
